“Focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses. Follow your flow!”
Karen Bonanno is your accredited Performance Consultant in Talent Dynamics for Young People, and a Flow Consultant in Talent Dynamics and Wealth Dynamics.
What is Talent Dynamics?
Created by Roger James Hamilton, Talent Dynamics is a unique profiling system for entrepreneurs, leaders, and educators, currently used successfully worldwide to access their natural Flow.
It’s a state in which a person is fully immersed in a feeling of energised focus and full involvement in an activity. Playing full on! It is focused motivation where the emotions are not just contained and channelled but positively energised and aligned with the task at hand.
If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or frustrated, then it’s a fairly good indicator you are out of Flow.
Getting in Flow
Based on an ancient Chinese philosophy, the I Ching, Talent Dynamics (TD) allows you to understand the quickest and easiest way to get into and stay in Flow. It helps you understand how to get others into and staying in Flow and provides clear strategies and actions for teams to take, based on their profile, to achieve a desired result.
As we have mentioned, the central premise behind Talent Dynamics is one of Flow.
When experiencing flow there can be a distortion of time. Your internal clock does not seem to match the external clock. Somehow your internal clock speeds up or slows down. During this phenomenon, people immersed in their task (in Flow) often look up at the clock thinking only a short time had passed only to find it is many hours later than they thought it was.
In the work place, Flow can be seen where an individual’s challenges and skills are equally matched, thus creating a harmonious environment.
Talent Dynamics works because it delivers results in performance and profitability while aligning your team to the spirit and purpose at the heart of your organisation.
Who is Talent Dynamics for?
- Individuals who want to identify their natural talent so they can be more productive and successful.
- Individuals who want to know their strengths and challenges, success possibilities, how to work best in teams and in their workplace.
- Teams who want to find out the profiles of each team member so they can work collaboratively for the growth and development of their organisation.
Taking the Talent Dynamics test and receiving my profile was only the first step in this rewarding evaluation. The follow up debrief has proved to be a valuable and insightful learning curve to guide my business acumen and energies. The detailed and professional debriefing provided by Karen Bonanno has been an enlightening and informative experience that has helped me focus my energies. Karen has explored all aspects of the profile and helped me to not only identify personal strengths and challenges but to also set clear goals to maximise my potential and find solutions for elements that are inhibiting growth. Of special value for me, was not only understanding my own strengths, but discovering the types of people who will value add to my business. Thank you Karen, the Talent Dynamics profiling has been a very worthwhile experience. Jennie Bales, Education sales representative |

Teen Dynamics for Young People
After experiencing Talent Dynamics, the power of the profile results and the debrief session, many people say, “Wow! I wish I’d had something like this when I was young!” Talent Dynamics has been transformed for use with young people, to create the No.1 Personal Development Pathway for Young People to accelerate confidence and self-worth.
Young people around the world are facing the biggest crisis ever in terms of confidence and self-worth, more so than any previous generation. The pressure on our young people to be perfect, beautiful, intelligent, sporty, all-rounders, academic, fit in… is more than ever before. The pace at which conflicting information goes viral across the internet puts pressure on our young people to fit in yet stand out at the same time.
These young people are not only our future leaders, they are our future parents and role models. The pain and impact of low confidence and self-esteem has to stop. Teen Dynamics for Young People (TDYP) empowers young people to discover who they are and what they are here for. It is a great tool to show young people that it is OK to be who they are and to appreciate others.
Who is TDYP for?

I only had a few weeks of school left and I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do at the end of Year 12. After spending time with Karen talking about my {Talent Dynamics for Young People} profile report, I was very comfortable with how the report described me. The strengths and challenges were just so me! There was also information about what types of jobs would suit me and I’m a lot clearer now about what I want to do next year. Tianna, Year 12 |
